Nicole Sorokolit Croddick, Esq. is a bi-lingual attorney who is licensed in New York and New Jersey. She attended Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and then Catholic University Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C.. Ms. Croddick has experience in land use law as law clerk for a Superior Court Assignment Judge in New Jersey. Additionally, Ms. Croddick was a juvenile prosecutor for the Borough of Manhattan. She specialized in juvenile drug and gang cases. Most recently, Ms. Croddick focuses her legal career on labor and employment law. She facilitates trainings in a variety of relevant topics which are required by law, such as harassment and discrimination prevention. She also facilitates trainings on other topics, such as business ethics, legal issues in hiring, sensitivity, and employee discipline. She facilitates these trainings for both companies, clubs, non-profits, and the New York and New Jersey Bar Continuing Legal Education programs. She drafts legally current employee discipline forms and employment applications. She drafts employee manuals / codes of conduct.
