Oregon Adopts the UBE

Oregon has joined a growing list of states that are replacing their state bar exams with the Uniform Bar Examination.  Starting in July 2017, Oregon will administer the UBE.   The UBE has been adopted in 26 jurisdictions.  Connecticut, New Jersey, and South Carolina will begin administering the UBE in February 2017, West Virginia in July 2017, and Massachusetts in July 2018.   For more information on the bar examination in specific jurisdictions, visit the National Conference of Bar Examiners’ website.   If you are  preparing to take the bar exam and are in a jurisdiction that administers the UBE, check out the Marino Retaker Course and the Marino First Time Taker Course.
